RE: Christmas tree recycling program
To all town residents:
The Town of Ulster Highway Department will start its Christmas tree recycling program on Monday January 6th 2025 until Friday January 31st, 2025. Trees to be picked up are to be place at the curb side and not in the roadway and shall be FREE of any decorations, bags and stands.
All trees will be recycled and used for future Town Highway Projects. Trees may also be brought to the Transfer Station on Miron Lane during normal business hours: Tuesdays & Saturdays 7:15am until 2:45pm. No permit is required for Christmas trees only.
