Agricultural District Inclusions (Ulster County)
NYS Agriculture & Markets Law Section 303-b mandates that every county containing certified agricultural districts designate an annual application period for landowners to request that their predominately viable agricultural lands be included within a NYS Certified Agricultural District. For 2023, that application period will occur from March 1 through 30 in Ulster County.
