- After June 1, payments are only made at the Ulster County Department of Finance: 845-340-3431

WATER/SEWER BILL

- If payment is made under the wrong district it will be returned
- Credit Card Fee: 2.65% of total with a $2.00 minimum
- If paying by electronic check, a $1.50 flat fee will be added to your payment
- Weekly limit on E-Check transactions is $15,000 per customer per bank account
- IF PAYING "WASHINGTON AVENUE SEWER" Payment -- the online system is not an option. These bills must be paid by check or in-person cash.
