ORLANDO STREET BALL FIELD PERMIT

PARK HOURS ARE 7:00 AM TO 9:00 PM. SOFTBALL FIELDS ARE FOR SOFTBALL OR LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL USE ONLY. THE TOWN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE USE OF THE FIELD FOR CERTAIN EVENTS.
All rentals must be paid in full at least 2 weeks in advance.
FIELD FEES:
  1. Field rental- $50.00 per field per day (2 fields available per day)
  2. Trash deposit $100.00 per event. All trash must be picked up and disposed of. Deposit will be returned after the complex inspected.
  3. Electrical outlets use – $25.00 per day
  4. Lighting use – $40.00 per hour
  5. Field prep- $25.00 per field (one prep prior to tournament)
  6. Use of tractor & field equipment – $50.00 per day (must supply own gas)
  7. Diamond Dry $20.00 per 50 lbs. bag – Field Marking Chalk -$10.00 per 50 lbs. bag
  8. Make all checks payable to: Town of Ulster ** NO REFUNDS **
FIELD RULES
  1. NO ALCOHOL IN PARK (Police will patrol)
  2. NO PETS
  3. ALL GARBAGE MUST BE PICKED UP AND REMOVED BY PERSONS OR ORGANIZATIONS RENTING THE FIELD
  4. VEHICLES MUST STAY IN PARKING AREA
  5. GROUPS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO PARK
  6. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FOR TOURNAMENTS
