The Town Clerk now has your application for a Dog License

This form cannot be processed until you take further action:

    1. Proof of rabies vaccine must be presented

    2. Payment must be made to the Town of Ulster Clerk

    3. Proof of Spay/Neuter must be presented if the lower fee is being sought
