RESPONSIBILITIES
The Town of Ulster Highway Department has the responsibility of maintaining 73 miles of Town roads as well as the job of keeping those roads accessible for vehicular traffic every day, in all kinds of weather.
We are also responsible for:

- Wallkill Valley Rail Trail Park & Ride on Rockwell Lane and Route 32

6:30AM - 2:30PM
