RESPONSIBILITIES

The Town of Ulster Highway Department has the responsibility of maintaining 73 miles of Town roads as well as the job of keeping those roads accessible for vehicular traffic every day, in all kinds of weather.

We are also responsible for:

  • Rider Park and Boat Launch
  • Three Mini Parks
    • Jeanette Lane
    • Esther Place
    • Elmendorf Drive
  • Wallkill Valley Rail Trail Park & Ride on Rockwell Lane and Route 32
  • Four Town Cemeteries
    • Pine Bush Cemetery - Old Neighborhood Road

    • Burhans Cemetery - Beach Lane (Private Road)

    • Eddyville Cemetery - Cemetery Road
      (behind private home)

    • Chase Burial Ground - Lem Boice Lane

TRANSFER STATION

Monday - Friday
6:30AM - 2:30PM
