The Town of Ulster is located 100 miles north of New York City and 50 miles south of Albany, NY off Thruway exit 19. Our town covers 28 square miles to the north of historic Kingston, NY, as well as to the west and south. Our 12,500 residents live in several hamlets and neighborhoods that include:
